* If you register for a workshop and tutorial passport, the system will ask which event you plan to attend. Please answer accurately to give us good head counts (and thus ensure that the rooms are big enough). This choice is not binding; you are free to visit any workshop or tutorial that day, or to float between them.
For Non-US attendees: The Association for Computing Machinery does not issue formal invitation letters for visas to attend ACM sponsored conferences. It can however issue a visa support letter. To obtain one, please go to http://www.acm.org/sigs/volunteer_resources/conference_manual/visas and follow the instructions there.
Cancellations: Cancellations/requests for refunds must be in writing and received before February 1st. Cancellations are subject to a $50 processing fee. No cancellations after this date will be allowed, although another person may be substituted for a previously registered attendee assuming he/she fits into the same pricing category.
